Who Are We and What Do We Do?
Who We Are

Welcome. My name is Louis Sclafani and this is my web site. My profession is as a Firefighter/EMT in Florida and my hobby is Timeshares. Several years ago my family and I discovered the benefits of Timeshares. While some people are leary of the word Timeshare (the same way they are with words like, sour milk, used car salesman, I'm from the Government and I'm here to help) those who use Timeshares wisely embrace the word.

At the current time I own 15 timeshares. Sometimes I own more sometimes I own less. They are located all over the Country and I rent them out until they are re-sold. I hope to be able to rent you one so that you can enjoy a GREAT vacation and if you are interested, help you find one to purchase later. It's almost a try it before you buy it kind of thing.

What Do We Do?

We love to rent Vacation Rentals to those who have discovered or who are about to discover the benefits of a Timeshare Rental as opposed to a Motel or Hotel.

We have properties all over the world but specialize in one brand name "Westgate Resorts" and three locations, Orlando Florida, Miami Beach Florida and Park City Utah.

We offer affordable rentals at top rated resorts. Although we specialize in "Westgate" properties we can also get Sheraton, Marriott, Star Island, Orange Lake and more. Just ask and we can see what is available.

Then, once you have experienced first hand the benefits of a Vacation Rental and think you might be ready to enter into Vacation Ownership, we hope you will consider us with a purchase of your very own. After market re-sales of timeshares can save purchasers 50% or more than buying direct from the resort.
