- WESTGATE at THE CANYONS VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT -
with Full Owner Privileges

RESERVATIONS- (Check, Visa & Mastercard Accepted) Upon agreement of rental a 50% deposit must be made to confirm your reservation. Full rental payment must be received upon written confirmation from resort.

CANCELLATION - No cancellation allowed once a reservation has been made.

CHECK-IN/OUT - CHECK-IN time is 4:00 PM on date of arrival. CHECK-OUT time is 10:00 AM on date of departure.

RULES & REGULATIONS - Upon check in you must present a credit card to front desk personnel. Any damage caused by the occupant will be charged to their credit card. In order to preserve the integrity of the unit, we ask that it be occupied in a quiet and dignified manner, protecting the premises and its contents against damage, loss or theft with adherence to all the rules and regulations of the applicable Condominium or Homeowners Association, CFI, Westgate at The Canyons Resort its employees and property owners all inclusive will not be liable for any claims, suits, damages, costs, losses and expenses arising from injury to any person or property occurring on or about the premises relating to the rental of this property.

DEPARTURES - The property must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the date indicated. Please leave keys, etc. at front desk upon departure.

TELEPHONE - All telephone calls, toll calls, etc. will be billed to your room. A credit card will be required upon check-in.

NO PETS - NO SMOKING IN CONDO
